At Tissli, your satisfaction means the world to us. Each of our bags is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. However, if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for a smooth and transparent return experience.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that customised, personalised, or sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We’re unable to offer refunds for products that show signs of use, damage due to misuse, or general wear and tear.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll either arrange a free pickup or reimburse your return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for your preferred item.
