Every Tissli bag is handcrafted with care, and we want it to reach you safely. Here’s how we manage shipping:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Once your order is placed, it goes through a quick processing phase which includes payment verification and an inventory check. This ensures that your selected items are available and ready to ship. Once confirmed, we begin preparing your order for dispatch with care and accuracy.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (within India): 5–8 business days.

  • Express Shipping (India): 2–4 business days (if available at checkout).

  • International Shipping: 7–10 business days (availability may vary).

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional sales, there may be slight delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. You can track real-time status from the courier’s website.

  • If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days after expected delivery, please, please reach out to us at support@tissli.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. We’ll do our best to assist you promptly.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • Public holidays or natural calamities

  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@tissli.com, and we’ll help coordinate with the courier.
